Food fraud is big business. Authenticating its origins complex. Value for money and potential health hazards are concerns for us all. Scientists at the CSL are continually developing effective techniques to help fight this growing menace

We talk to Paul Brereton the Head of Food Authenticity and Tracability.

Paul is also the Co-ordinator of TRACE an organisation of European scientific institutions whose aims are “to improve the health and well-being of European citizens by delivering improved traceability of food products. >
