Birds and developments such as windfarms and airports don’t often mix very well. Major construction projects need to be located and designed sympathetically in relation to bird habitats and behaviours. CSL’s team of internationally-recognised ornithologists operate the only civilian-use bird detecting radar to help developers locate new sites that ensure minimum disruption to birdlife.
